Blueberry

Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache center blended with dried blueberries infused with blueberry eau d’vie, blueberry jam and homemade blueberry fruit “powder” hand rolled and hand dipped in dark chocolate.  Finished with a drizzle of blueberry infused blue chocolate.
