Cherries Jubilee

Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache center blended with dried sour & sweet cherries infused with kirsch, cherry jam and homemade cherry fruit “powder” hand rolled and hand dipped in dark chocolate.  Finished with a dot of pink chocolate and a bit of dried cherry.
