Callebaut bittersweet chocolate ganache center, with kumquats, orange zest & bitter peel and persimmons—infused with Cointreau, Gran Marnier, West Indian orange bitters and five spice power.   Hand rolled and hand dipped—finished with an orange zest chocolate drizzle.
