Strawberry Rhubarb

Handmade perzipan blended with pure dried strawberry & rhubarb puree infused with wild strawberry liqueur, Rhubarb jam and homemade strawberry ‘fruit powder.’  Hand rolled and hand dipped in dark chocolate, topped with a piece of dried strawberry.
