Finding the right pairing to bring out the best qualities of these two almost perfect delicacies is an art and a science. In this guided tasting we will explore the elements of wine and chocolate on their own and learn how to pair them up successfully. The pairings will highlight the unique aspects of each, but will also show how wine & chocolate can become more than just the sum of their parts when enjoyed together.
Guests will enjoy 5 specialty truffles from Roni-Sue's and 5 different wines, plus a welcome beverage. Leading the tasting is agave expert Tess Rose Lampert who has been a lover of chocolate for over 30 years and a NYC based wine educator for the last decade. The experience promises to be a sensually stimulating and informative evening full of two of life's best things: chocolate & wine.
