WE'RE BACK!! Please join us for our first public LIVE Make & Take Chocolate Truffle Class hosted in the beautiful Essex Market demo kitchen! Thursday, August 26th from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. (class size limited to 20)

We're taking over the gorgeous demo kitchen upstairs at the new Essex Market for a fun filled, hands on chocolate truffle making class! We'll source many of the ingredients for our class right downstairs from the Market vendors and we'll share our shopping list with you.

Enjoy the stunning views of NYC as you learn the secret to making chocolate ganache -- the base of delicious chocolate truffles and other fancy desserts. You'll decorate cupcakes, make the best chocolate dipped strawberries EVER and finish a dozen truffles to take home along with a container of chocolate ganache for 'homework'!

Students must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of class. Appropriate COVID safety precautions will be in place. Class size limited to 20 people.
