In this hands-on class Roni-Sue will take you through her process of making chocolate bark. You’ll learn to hand-temper chocolate, how to color and flavor real chocolate and how to use edible decorations to jazz up your holiday bark to the next level! Everyone will make their own unique tray of chocolate bark and after it sets up will package it for gifting. Get creative this year and DIY why don’t ya’??
Class run time is approximately 90 minutes. Cost $100/person
