Please join us for a LIVE Make & Take Chocolate Truffle Class hosted in our beautiful event space & kitchen, located at 148 Forsyth Street, between Rivington & Delancey on the LES!

Learn the secret to making chocolate ganache -- the base of delicious chocolate truffles and other fancy desserts. You'll decorate cupcakes, make the best chocolate dipped strawberries EVER and finish a dozen truffles to take home along with a container of chocolate ganache for 'homework'!

Students must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of class. Appropriate COVID safety precautions will be in place. Class size limited to 20 people.
